We have successfully completed an impressive variety of construction projects. Our management processes have significantly benefited from the experience we have gained in project management. We now employ systems and methods that have been honed by our many years in the business.

Our Recent Projects Include: 

• Alabama State University Montgomery, Alabama Executive Offices Renovation Project within the interior of Council Hall. KWZ Renovated the  executive offices by upgrading the electrical and HVAC Systems, installed new windows, drywall, paint, and carpet. 

• Alabama Power Company Southern Division Master Service Agreement MSA which is a contract to perform building renovations and miscellaneous work throughout south central Alabama for Alabama Power Company .

• Southern Company Engineering and Construction Services KWZ Performed Civil Construction Projects, Wastewater Management Projects, and a Landfill Improvement Project in Wilsonville, Alabama.

• Alabama Power Company Power Generation Plant Gaston Wilsonville, Alabama. KWZ Performed a Civil Construction Project to construct an upper and lower road and install HDPE Piping 

• Alabama Power Company Substation Construction performed substation civil construction and site expansion projects in Gadsden and Auburn, Alabama

• Montgomery housing Authority in Montgomery, Alabama KWZ performed concrete construction and paint projects within a commercial housing area

• Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System KWZ performed a Communication System Upgrade Project in Tuskegee, Alabama. KWZ installed copper wiring throughout the manholes and connected each individual buildings to the network.

• Central Alabama Veterans Healthcare System in Montgomery, Alabama. KWZ performed an Office Renovation Project, and an Electrical Upgrade Project which involved upgrading the ICU Unit Emergency Electrical Outlets and Phone Lines in the Montgomery facility.

• US Department of Veterans Affairs Upgraded an existing residential structure in Deatsville, AL. KWZ performed construction services to make the structure ADA Compliant by installing wheelchair ramps at all entrances, widening doors throughout building, and upgrading restrooms to ADA standards

• American Legion State Department Headquarters Building Renovation Project - Montgomery, Alabama.   KWZ repaired the existing roof, upgraded the HVAC System, upgraded the building's Electrical System, Performed renovations to The Hall of Honor Museum, Offices and Conference Rooms 

• Alabama Industrial Supplies and Services Corporate Building Birmingham, Alabama KWZ Painted and Renovated Interior of the Corporate Building
